Our North Bay Region is rooted in the contributions of Asian Pacific Islanders, from the first immigrants and laborers to today’s contributors to our economic and culturally diverse community. This will be the first ever festival in our area to share and showcase the rich diversity of the diaspora from Asia and the Pacific. 60% of the API population in the North Bay are immigrants and AAPIs are the fastest growing segment of the population in California. As California’s importance in the world grows, our ties to the greater world are powerful connections.
