Apply to Be a Food or Craft Vendor

We welcome vendors who are Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, or Pacific Islander, as well as those whose work reflects AAPI culture. Preference is given to Sonoma County businesses, but all vendors who share in the vision of this event are encouraged to apply.

HANDMADE CRAFT/ART & PREPACKAGED FOOD

All items must be made by the applying artist or created by a small cottage food business (No mass-produced or mass-manufactured goods). Large manufacturers of packaged food should apply as a Booth-Only Sponsor instead.

BOOTH FEE FOR HANDMADE CRAFT & PACKAGED FOOD: $100

IMPORTED GOODS

Imported goods are welcome and will be displayed in a designated area, separate from handmade items.

BOOTH FEE FOR IMPORTED CRAFT & GOODS: $125

ON-SITE PREPARED FOOD

All types of Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander food are encouraged. Applicants must provide a full menu with their application. To avoid overlap, we will work with vendors to ensure menu variety.

ON-SITE FOOD VENDORS, HOT ENTREE: $150 – DESSERTS & NON-ENTREE: $125

Application Instructions

To apply, please complete the application form and email the following to [email protected]

  • 4 images of your work and 1 of your booth/display
  • Food vendors: images of dishes and booth setup

This is a juried festival, so high-quality images are required for consideration.

Current or previous vendors with Janet do not need to submit images unless you have new work to share.

All accepted participants must have:

  • Liability insurance
  • A Sebastopol business license
  • Either a seller’s permit or a health department permit (as applicable)

Detailed information on these requirements will be provided with acceptance notices.

Deadlines

  • Application deadline: Open until full (final cut-off August 31)
  • Acceptance notices: Sent within 2 weeks of submission
  • Payment deadline: Due 1 month after acceptance

Apply to Be a Non-Profit Vendor

We welcome organizations that provide education and information related to AAPI culture.

There is no booth fee for non-profits; however, a $20 application fee is required.

About AAPIC

The Asian American Pacific Islander Coalition of North Bay (AAPIC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating culture, empowering community, and promoting positive change for Asian and Pacific Islanders in the North Bay.

AAPIC builds connections within the AAPI community and with the broader North Bay region, creating spaces where culture, heritage, and community thrive. The Many Moons Festival is one example of how we highlight the richness and contributions of AAPI communities while strengthening unity across cultures.
