Who are the vendors we look for?
We’re looking for vendors who are Asian/South Asian/Southeast Asian/Pacific Islanders, or whose work reflects API culture. We also prefer Sonoma County businesses, though we will welcome all who will bring our vision of this event to life.
HANDMADE CRAFT/ART: MUST BE MADE BY THE APPLYING ARTIST. No mass manufactured goods.
PREPACKAGED FOOD applies in this category as well. These are vendors who are small cottage industries. If you are a large, packaged foods manufacturer, please apply as a Booth Only Sponsor to sell at the festival.
IMPORTED GOODS: Imported Goods will be sold in a different part of the festival from handmade, and designated as imported.
ON-SITE PREPARED FOOD: All; types of Asian, So Asian, Pacific Islander food is welcome. Please remember to give full menus when applying. We don’t want overlapping foods, so will work with you to make sure everyone has unique goods.
BOOTH FEES:
HANDMADE CRAFT/PACKAGED FOOD: $100
PREPARED ON SITE FOOD VENDORS: $125
IMPORTED: $150
ALL APPLICANTS: $20 APPLICATION FEE
To apply please fill in the application form and email 4 images of work and 1 of display to [email protected] . This is a juried festival, so please make sure the images you send are of decent quality. Food vendors, please send images of dishes and booth.
(if you are a current or previous vendor with Janet you don’t have to send images unless you have new work you want to share)
IF ACCEPTED, ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE, AND A SEBASTOPOL BUSINESS LICENSE, ALONG WITH EITHER A SELLERS PERMIT OR HEALTH DEPT PERMIT. INFORMATION FOR ALL WILL BE SENT WITH ACCEPTANCE NOTICES

We welcome any organization who would like to offer education and information pertaining to AAPI culture. There is no fee for non-profits, but we ask for a $20 application fee.
